Having discovered a major under floor leak in the Kitchen on Friday Night, I was given quotes for thousands of pounds for excavation, repair and put back as before. So I decided called out Arun on Sunday night based on customer reviews on Mybuilder.com to have a look. I phoned him at 5pm and he was at my house by 6pm.
I gave him the work and 2 guys came on Tuesday morning and started a large excavation to locate the leak.
They located the leak and fixed it on the Tuesday and even had the floor coveref with cement before they left for the night.
The next morning they returned and completed the tiling and putting things back as before.
At this point Arun informed me the invoice had been emailed to me. Which I reviewed and paid. Outstanding value for the work done.
I did notice a couple things which needed addressing after he left. So I called Arun who said he would come back the next evening, to his word he turned up with another guys and fixed the few things that needed doing. No extra charge.
I will be using Arun and his team again and would recommend them to my friends / family and anyone reading this. They are professional, hard working and produce a high quality of work, nothing is too much trouble for him and his team. Truly magnificent!

Arun is patient, he took the time to explain the process and provide me with options (which helped keep costs to a minimum).
In addition to the job at hand (replacing an electric boiler), Arun not only identified but also rectified shoddy work done by a previous contractor. He kept me updated throughout by sending me photos and explaining the process every step of the way.
I have used him since and will continue to do so.

Great service from Arun.
He contacted me promptly in answer to my advert, was able to come to inspect and price up the job the same day and then came back very punctually as agreed the next day to complete the work.
Arun is very friendly, helpful and keen to find the best and most cost effective solution for the job.
Thoroughly recommended in every way. Responded very fast, discussed the job by telephone within an hour of my posting the job. Came round next morning to see the job. Texted pictures of possiblt replacement toilets to help us choose an appropriate one.
Came as he said he would. Was fast, efficient, tidy, and did the job beautifully. Delightful to deal with and thoroughlt dependable. Also, his price was most reasonable, particularly considering the trouble he had gone to to help us choose the best replacement toilet.
I could not recommend Verma more highly.
